Mini-ITX BIOS updated to version 207

VIA have updated the Mini-ITX BIOS to version 207 (we're not sure what happened to 206 - is this the 'Star Trek' rule of BIOSes?) This version updates the "logo display problem during boot up (under PAL mode)"...
