DC-DC Converters
DC-DC converters accept a single direct current input, and convert it into very stable 3V, 5V and 12V lines that a Mini-ITX motherboard needs. The DC input will normally come from an external AC Adapter.

Plugs directly into the motherboard ATX connector. Generates up to 150 Watts of power from a 12V supply, at over 96% efficiency. An attached cable harness provides one 24 pin ATX connector, one PATA HDD, one SATA HDD and one 12V P4 power connector.
The picoPSU-150-XT can power all our Mini-ITX boards with a 24 pin ATX connector, and is ideally suited for use with socket CPU Mini-ITX boards such as the Intel DG45FC, Zotac 9300, 630i and 610i boards. The Jetway J7F2, J7F4K, J7F5M boards also have 24 pin ATX connectors. The Jetway JNC91 and JNC92 have 20pin ATX connectors but the picoPSU-150-XT will fit. Other Mini-ITX boards with 20 pin ATX connectors may not work, due to positioning of components on the boards.
You will need a 12V AC Adapter to use the picoPSU. Three compatible Universal 12V AC adapters are available - 60W, 80W and 110W. Select the 110W AC Adapter if you are using a socket CPU Mini-ITX board (we recommend 65W TDP CPUs maximum). 60W and 80W AC Adapters are enough for embedded Mini-ITX boards (e.g. Atom, C7 powered)

The world's smallest snap-in 12V DC-DC ATX power supply unit, measuring just 31x45x20mm, about the size of two AA batteries. Patent Pending HyperWatt™ technologies, fully ATX compliant, 100% silent.
Plugs directly into the motherboard ATX connector. Generates up to 120 Watts of power from a 12V supply, at over 96% efficiency. An attached cable harness provides one HDD, one SATA and one floppy/slimline optical drive power connector. Cable lengths: from board to 12V DC connector is approx 25cm (9.75"); cable harness is approx 40cm (15.75") long.

The picoPSU-120 can power all our Mini-ITX boards with Geode, C3 and C7 processors, and (with a 110W AC Adapter) Intel Mobile Socket Mini-ITX boards. Additionally *some* other lower power consumption Mini-ITX and regular boards with P3, P4, Pentium-M, and AMD processors can be powered. Notes: picoPSU-120 prior to Dec 1 2007 had 2 x HDD and one floppy connector; the picoPSU will NOT plug directly into the power connector on an EPIA MS board (due to the size of the heatsink); Can be used with an Atom board (with a Molex to 12V P4 power connector)
*Note: If your board has a 4 pin 12V P4 power connector, you will need our 12V P4 Power Cable and Molex Y Splitter cable bundle. Current boards that require 12V P4 power include: Intel Atom boards, DG45FC, Zotac 610, 630 and 9300 boards, Jetway JNC62K, JNC81. Choose 110W AC Adapter for socket boards, 60W or 80W AC Adapter for embedded boards.

Universal AC Adapters
AC Adapters convert alternating mains voltage (from 100 to 240V) to a regulated 12V output. Our AC Adapters (are suitable in combination with a DC-DC converter) as full PSU kits, or can be used as replacements or spares (e.g. some Hush or Tranquil Mini-ITX PCs, Morex Cubid and some Travla cases).

Intelligent Vehicle PSU Kits
Our intelligent Vehicle PSU kits will provide a regulated output to your Mini-ITX board, while monitoring the battery of your vehicle. Rapid voltage changes are protected against, and graceful timed shutdowns are possible. These require more auto-electrical knowledge than our Easy-Install kits, but if you have the time and the inclination, are well worth it.

8 user selectable microcontroller driven timing modes, allowing you to choose up to 8 ignition/shutdown vehicle / car timing schemes. While in deep sleep mode, M1-ATX constantly monitors your car battery voltage levels, automatically shutting down until battery levels reach safe levels.
